For up to
one year after purchase, we will gladly restring beaded jewelry in case of damage to the strand at no charge to you; or we will replace the clasp if damaged or defective (or earwires in the case of earrings). If the strand is broken, please include all beads that you are able to find and include them for us to make the repair. This guarantee does not include strings of beads or pearls that were handknotted between each bead: if we restring these items for you for free, the beads will not be knotted.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance and Delivery Confirmation, when returning items for repair. We will take care of the shipping costs for sending the item back to you after the repair.
RETURNS:
*In the unlikely event that a customer needs to make a return, the customer must
email us for return approval in order for the item(s) to be eligible for refund. We do not deal with returns by phone. The order must be returned and in our hands within
30 days of placing the order; we do not have access to customers' credit card information after that date. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or uninsured returns, or items returned from the post office as unclaimed, will be disregarded.
*Only unworn, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise may be returned. We accept returns on merchandise that is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any goods that are used, damaged, or not in the original packaging (goods that cannot honestly be sold as new) are considered to be used.
*Item must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of return authorization, insured and postage paid by the customer, with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation. These expenses are never refunded.
*Our experts will inspect the returned item and verify its condition once we receive it. A return takes approximately five business days to process after it reaches us. We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING our shipping, handling, and insurance expenses ($10 minimum) and an additional 10% restocking/processing fee. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are not refundable. Insurance and handling costs are usually not included in shipping fees paid by the customer and will be assessed on returned items, even when originally shipped for free.
*When only part of a multiple-item order is returned and a coupon was applied, the amount of the refund will be prorated.
Liability: By purchasing from this site, the customer agrees that our maximum liability is limited to a refund only.
About our Southwestern Jewelry:Our Native American jewelry is described as Native American; if we say it is Navajo- or Zuni-made, it made by a Navajo or Zuni artist. Our other Southwestern-style jewelry is made by outstanding non-Indian jewelers in sterling silver using hand-cut stones. These jewelers use genuine stones such as turquoise and mother of pearl; they may also use man-made stones such silicon opal and block spiny oyster shell. A major part of the value of these masterfully created items lies in the skill of the artist and the beauty of the artwork.
If you do not appreciate the finest inlay and micro-inlay work, please do not buy from us! We have no interest in sharing this beautiful art with those who are too near-sighted to see it or too uneducated to understand the fine quality of the workmanship.
One of our artists is Evelyn Yazzie, a Navajo from Arizona.

We have a number of items by the inlay jewelers Ronnie and Ramil Glodove (see Ramil's picture below). This team is from outside the US; their work is amazing.
